Go perform takedowns and near misses and fill up your supercharge bar to unleash the wildest form of boost ever seen in a game. The vehicles are modeled after the latest and popular cars and come in seven different varieties namely The Classic series, The Factory series, The Tuners, The Hotrods, The Supers, Race Specials and The Dominator series.
You can hurt your rival’s car by shunts, side swipes and perform takedown which gives you a lead in normal race types, and provides you supercharge for burnouts.
In some of the races you have to perform a minimum number of takedowns. After completing a certain umber of wins you are provided with trophies like Rookie, Fearless and Dominator. There are a lot of interesting unlockable, such as new cars, new tracks, in addition to that if you smash your rivals into certain barricades you get ‘signature shortcuts’ for each level which helps you to beat the clock and win races later in the game. If you have played former version of the game you will find it very similar to the Burnout-3 which actually had racing as the main element of the game and maniac mode is from the Burnout: Revenge. The visuals are similar to the older games in the series. The sound tracks are loaded with tracks from Avril Lavigne, N.E.R.D. and others.
